OEM CAPABILITIES
FLARING Both I.D & O.D. of tube is expanded to provide easy lead in to I.D. or for assisting in moulding. Ends can also be formed, chamfered or slotted.
SWAGING The front end of tube is closed in the form of smooth, round, or pencil point shapes by automatic rotary swaging.
BENDING Qunck free bending in angled or curved or spiral form ranging from 30G through 6G as per customers drawing or specification.
BRAZING Unique Process of Silver brazing for the capillary tubes for irrigation and aspiration process.
PROFILES Special Geometric shapes like cup, bulbous, cobra tips or profiles as per customer specifications.
